Everyday, life hands you lemons and your normal response is to make lemonade. I would like you to take this a step further and remember this acronym: SMILE. See Majesty In Life Daily. See the good in others, see the greatness that lies in front of us, and see the blessings that have been bestowed upon all of us.

Life has so much to offer when we smile. It is my hope that I can share this message every day to those in my life and on those occasions where I have a captive audience.

HOW IT CAME TO BE

This trip into Superior National Forest gave me one of the greatest gifts I've ever received

A leaf. The ripple of water against a shore lined in river rock and black sand. The call of a grouse and the fleet steps of a deer. The cool brisk slap in the face of an October afternoon. Sun bleaching the landscape and yearning to reach the forest floor. This is the majesty of my trip into Superior National Forest and the last fifty miles of the northeast tip of Minnesota.

It was my honor to spend five days with my wife, my two stepsons and my step-daughter-in-law. Together, family time was cracklin' fire, strategic gaming, and energetic hikes into a world new to me. The majesty of the landscape and the time with family will be savored for many years to come.

This is where I began to See Majesty In Life Everyday. SMILE.
